However, there was an issue with two bikes and the tour guide did not have the proper equipment to correct these and no support from central office to get replacement bikes. We spent 50 minutes waiting for the issues to get somewhat resolved so we could continue. The description stated that it included snacks, matte, and local food tasting, but it did not include any of these. Tour guide acknowledged these items where in the description but did not have the resources to provide such. In my opinion they should give a refund given the tour is…”

All of the electric bikes were given to us with less than 40% battery, which surprised us as we would have thought the batteries would have been charged. During the excursion, one battery died. On another bike, the battery literally fell out because a screw was missing. So overall, the excursion was satisfactory. I…”
